We then pretty quickly identified a condo that seemed just right, even though we did not initially see ourselves as "condo people". Betsy was tireless in fielding our countless texts, emails, calls, and questions regarding everything to do with the purchase. She also provided numerous referrals for services or other things we were looking for and recommended a mortgage banker who got our loan approved and closed in record time. Betsy also offered her garage as our informal storage space as we had numerous packages delivered to her to ensure our move included various things to help get us up and running quickly. She was eager to help when our mattresses and frames were delivered, even to the point of waiting near our unit and then coming inside to help guide the crew that was delivering and setting everything up. Thankfully, we all had real, live beds to sleep in mere hours after settlement. Betsy has a very cheerful personality and outlook that is infectious and really helped us move through the process and become even more convinced we were making the right decision. We are still a long way from getting our condo set up the way we really want it for the long run, but for now, it very much feels like home, and we are so thankful to Betsy for helping to guide us through this amazing experience.
