Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the sale of single-family residences and income property within Oceanside Village, Tupelo Bay and Bermuda Gardens. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and in doing so, am able to help my clients remain stress free while negotiating the best possible deal for them.
Personal
Being a Pennsylvania native and having been born and raised in the beautiful northeast, I struggled with leaving my family and friends to relocate here. We vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years and we fell in love with the people and the weather.
We bought our first home in Oceanside Village in 1998, I flew down in 1999 and attended Fortune School of Real Estate, and we moved here in October of 2000 after being offered a position with Rose Real Estate. I became a REALTOR because I felt there was a niche that needed to be filled. People wanted to purchase affordable homes in Oceanside Village, but they lived 3 to 16 hours away and didn't think it was possible to maintain a home from afar. I have built my business on being available to my buyers after the sale, if I can't take care of a situation for them, I will find the right person who can. | |
